Imagination Comes Alive!
Grade 1 students at The Brigade Schools participated in an engaging ‘Author Talk’ that aimed to introduce young learners to the fascinating world of books and storytelling.
Mr Ashok Rajagopalan fills his books with exciting adventures, clever characters, and imagination, making children laugh and think. Students interacted with the author and developed an early interest in reading and creative expression during the session.
The author spoke to the children about how stories are created, where ideas come from, and the importance of imagination. Through expressive storytelling, simple language, sound effects, and interactive questioning, the author kept the students actively involved throughout the session. The children listened with great enthusiasm and responded eagerly to questions.
