“A person is the product of their dreams. So make sure to dream great dreams. And then try to live your dream.” Maya Angelou.

With the motto of perseverance, hard work, passion and dreaming big, the Children’s Day programme got off to a spectacular start with joy and enthusiasm.
The celebrations began with the morning prayer and pledge conducted by the teachers, followed by a short programme revolving around dreaming big and enjoying making dreams a reality.

‘Dream to dance and dance to dream was the first programme of the event. The dancing trio showcased different dance styles and the music teachers played some awe-inspiring music.
To make the show both informative and enjoyable, teachers shared some interesting information on the significance of celebrating Children’s Day,

Teachers of the pre-primary section made the day special by singing an assortment of songs in their delightful way. “However old you grow, listen to the child in you” was one such song sung that reached out to the audience. The programme ended with a foot-tapping performance leaving the students spellbound.

All the teachers were touched when Vishnu Iyer of Std 12 came up to the stage to share his thoughts. He thanked our Founder, Ms Shankar for providing a school environment that could be easily called their second home. He expressed his gratitude to the Principal, Ms Parthasarathy and all the other teachers, not just for making them feel special on Children’s Day but for believing in them always.
The programme culminated with the singing of the National Anthem.
