The annual Sports Meet 2025–26 for Grades 9–12 began with a grand March Past, led by Ritansh Rajat Chauhan of Grade XII, with Dimonah Dishetha of Grade X proudly carrying the school flag. The four contingents—Chalukya, Ganga, Hoysala, and Vijayanagara—marched in perfect synchrony, setting a spirited tone for the day.
The event was graced by Mr. Cheria, Administrator, Brigade Foundation, as the Chief Guest, along with the Curriculum Advisors for Dance and Special Education.
The excitement began with the 100-metre sprint for boys, which had the audience cheering as Sohan Shankar of Chalukya House claimed victory. The girls’ 100-metre sprint followed, showcasing incredible energy and determination. Zaara M. Yenmandra of Grade IX, also from Chalukya, sprinted her way to first place.
A burst of rhythm and coordination took over the field with the Inter-House Aerobic Display Competition—a visual treat that ended with Ganga House emerging as winners.
The track events continued with the senior boys’ 4x100m relay, where teamwork and precision led Chalukya House to victory once again. The girls’ 4x100m relay saw Vijayanagara House take the top spot, while the Mixed Relay concluded with yet another win for Chalukya House.
The Inter-House Team Games added to the competitive spirit:
Basketball Champions: Hoysala House
Football Champions: Chalukya House
Volleyball Champions: Hoysala House
The highlight of the day was the Prize Distribution Ceremony, where the ‘Best Sportsperson of the Year’ award was presented to Ritansh Rajat Chauhan. Chalukya House was crowned the Overall Champions and also received the award for ‘Best Marching Contingent’.
The meet concluded with Mr. Cheria declaring the Sports Meet closed. As the school flag was ceremoniously lowered and handed over to the Principal, it marked the proud culmination of yet another spirited sports day—a celebration of strength, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
