Our confidence continues improving, and we are preparing for grade 1! We participated in an exciting, yummy activity that also helped us be independent. We made orange juice and shared it with our peers. Have you heard about the ‘hairy potato?’ Well, we had him over in our Composite Science class! My friends and I did a fun science activity; we sowed some seeds on a potato and observed the germination of the seeds, and it became a hairy potato! It is always stimulating to learn Science in a fun and engaging manner. In Maths class, we learnt to read time; in our Montessori class, we worked on Dynamic Subtraction and the Dynamic Strip Board. We had a fantastic activity in our arts and crafts class; we did Dot painting and made beautiful paintings of sea creatures!
