SALUTING OUR PATRIOTS
INDEPENDENCE DAY – THE BRIGADE SCHOOL @ JP NAGAR
The students of the Brigade School at J P Nagar celebrated the 77th Independence Day with great enthusiasm. The day’s programme began with the hoisting of the national flag. The students saluted the national flag with great reverence and pride and sang the national anthem in unison filling the air with patriotic fervour.
The senior school choir presented a marvellous rendition of the song, Satyameva Jayate, displaying their musical talent and their belief that one should always strive to be truthful.
A short tableau was staged where the students of Std 9 and 10 showcased the brave deeds and selfless sacrifices of the armed forces, evoking the spirit of unquestionable integrity and service towards the nation. The seniors and juniors teamed up for a spectacular dance. Their rhythm, unmatched agility and grace on stage energised by their gusto left the audience inspired.
The wonderfully enchanting program was brilliantly held together by the comperes. As the day’s celebration came to an end, the school expressed its gratitude towards all the patriots who have served our country with great zeal and endless commitment.
