July Musings LKG
July was an interesting month for us at school. We have been learning new concepts and applying the learning in our day-to-day activities. In our phonics class, we worked on Group 2 letter sounds and traced these on sandpaper to help us with the formation of letters. We did an engaging activity in our Montessori class using Long Rods to help with visual discrimination. We built a maze using long rods and enjoyed walking inside the maze. While in our Maths class, we counted objects and traced and coloured the number three. In our Composite Science class, we did a map puzzle to identify continents and oceans. Now, we have become globe trotters! Finally, in our Arts class, we did finger painting to help us improve our eye-hand coordination and our tactile senses.
