LKG August Musings
August has been a busy month for all of us. We participated in a lot of activities and enjoyed ourselves. We have now started blending letters and reading! It is fun to read new words and improve our vocabulary. In our Composite Science class, we created our album on the continent of Europe. We stuck pictures depicting the flora, fauna, lifestyle, culture, food etc., seen in Europe. In Montessori Math, we worked with Number Rods to help us visualize quantities from 1 to 10 and revised the shape of a rectangle. In our APA class, we learnt an essential concept, the concept of colour in art.
