Pre-primary Mind Space Activity Day
Date: Thursday, 30th January 2025
Venue: TBSM premises
The Mind Space Activity Day for the Pre-primary students of The Brigade School @ J P Nagar was organised on Thursday, 30th January 2025. The programme started with the recitation of a poem called, ‘Arctic Adventure.’ The students enthralled the audience with their eloquence. The reading of the play, ‘Room on the Broom’ exhibited their expression, voice modulation and stage presence. Then the parents were escorted by teachers to different rooms where they witnessed and participated in various activities that efficiently presented the skill sets acquired by the children. It was delightful to watch the children participate, present, and conduct activities, showcasing their development in language skills through Phonics. Their prowess in mathematical and motor skills was displayed through Montessori activities. The children demonstrated their knowledge and understanding of the animal kingdom, nature, and continents through models and various interactive sessions. Parents also observed and participated in several activities conducted during Art and Performing Arts classes. The notes of appreciation left on the feedback board voiced how much the parents enjoyed and commended the programme. To cherish this experience, parents made colourful and beautiful artwork on the template as mementoes.
