November Musings UKG
This month was filled with exciting activities that helped us learn new things in fun and simple ways.
Montessori –
We engaged in the Ladybug Cards and Counters activity. We counted the dots on each ladybird, identified the matching numeral and placed the corresponding number of counters. Later, we checked if the number was odd or even. We loved noticing which ladybugs had pairs and which had one dot left over!
In Maths, we worked on Skip Counting by 10s with colour crayons. Arranging the crayons in order helped us learn to skip count by 10s with ease.
Composite Science
We went on a nature walk and collected leaves. We learnt the parts of a leaf such as the blade, veins and petiole.
Art
Through the book, ‘Colour Monster,’ we explored our feelings using colours.
We ended the month feeling happy, curious and proud of all the things we learnt!
