The Republic Day Special Assembly at The Brigade School @ J. P. Nagar was a stirring and patriotic event that celebrated the spirit of India’s 75th Republic Day. The ceremony commenced with the warm welcome extended to the chief guest, Mr. Cheria, Administrator of the Brigade Schools. The focal point of the ceremony was the unfurling of the National Flag, accompanied by the rendition of the National Anthem.

Mr. Cheria, in his address, underscored the importance of respecting the Constitution and its principles. He emphasised the significance of revering the National Flag and Anthem, calling upon the students to uphold the Fundamental Rights and Duties enshrined in the Constitution.

The Preamble of the Constitution was recited, serving as a poignant reminder of the principles that govern our diverse and democratic country. The assembly also showcased the remarkable progress made by India over the past 75 years, featuring a tableau highlighting the success of the Jal Jeevan Mission in the states of Goa, Punjab, and Telangana. The students, dressed in regional costumes, added a vibrant touch to the presentation.

The patriotic song “Des Rangeela,” performed by the students, portrayed the colourful diversity of our nation. The energetic dance performance that followed aimed to convey the significance of the Tiranga, our National Flag.

The stage pulsated with enthusiasm, reflecting the deep reverence and pride that the students hold for the Tiranga in their hearts.
