Annual Sports Inauguration – The Brigade School @ JP Nagar

The Brigade School at J P Nagar, inaugurated its Annual Meet by organising an inter-house football match between the Ganga and Hoysala Houses, encouraging signs that point towards a brighter future compared to the last two years.

The meet was declared open by Mr. Cheria, Administrator, Brigade Schools, in the presence of the Principal, Ms. Parthasarathy, the teachers, and students of Std 9 to 12. The students stood in an orderly manner and with discipline during the oath, presented by Vibha Karanth of Std 12A. The students pledged to follow the spirit of sportsmanship during all the events.

The teams kicked off the match and the calm atmosphere soon turned into one full of energy and enthusiasm. The football match between the teams, captained by Nehaal Raj (Ganga) and Vansh Pattanaik (Hoysala), took off to a good start. The game showcased brilliant skills by both teams. It ended with Ganga winning the game, 4-1, and Aditya Nema of the Ganga House being the top scorer with two goals. The presence of various Alumni from the two Houses added to the vibrancy of the match. They coached and spurred on their respective teams, displaying their love and loyalty to the school.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable match, the atmosphere was a vibrant one, on the field and in the school. It painted a picture of the beautiful year ahead for the school.
