The Times NIE Spotlight Music Competition
Young talent. National recognition. Proud moments for The Brigade Schools. Three students from The Brigade Schools made it to the finals of the Times NIE Spotlight Music Competition 2026, a national platform that saw participation from over 1,200 students across 350 schools.
Sahitya Nadig (Grade 3, Malleshwaram) secured First Place in the Solo Instrumental category with a Carnatic classical flute recital. Nikita Prashant (Grade 5, Mahadevapura) and Diya Nair (Grade 11, Mahadevapura) were recognised for their performances in the Western solo singing finals.
