UKG September Musings
We have been very active this month. Beginning with our phonics class where we played a sorting activity to learn phrases, to our maths class, where we participated in a number puzzle activity to develop our sequencing and memory skills, we had a very engaging time at school. We worked on the Seguin Ten Board and Beads Material to associate the relationship between quantity and numbers.
We also played the Change/Bank Game to understand the decimal system. Our time at school is fun filled! We participated in an archery game to understand this sport which was an important element of the Aboriginal people of Australia- this was a part of our learning in our composite science class. In our APA class, we learnt the different techniques of art- shading and in our organised games class, we had a gala time playing the Ball and the Tunnel Game to improve our gross motor and social skills.
