Childrens’ Day – The Brigade School@ Malleswaram

The teachers of The Brigade School, Malleswaram celebrated the Children’s Day with energy, and enthusiasm on November 14, 2022.

On this special occasion, the teachers conducted the school assembly and performed many activities to enthral the students. The teachers enacted a short skit on the theme ‘bullying’ and this play emphasised the message that bullying impedes academic and social progress.

Following this, the teachers sang a medley of musical numbers: ‘Kurkere Se Kurram’ and ‘Something just like this. Mr Ramesh Kashyap, the coordinator of the school, played the Djombo and Mr. Sajan Thomas- the Music teacher, dressed like Batman swayed in sync with the songs, much to the entertainment of the children! Teachers danced enthusiastically to a medley of foot-tapping numbers in Hindi, Tamil and Kannada.

The finale was a ramp walk by the Principal, coordinators and teachers. The applause and cheers from the children were a testament to the success of the programme by the teachers.
