Parents Speak

I would like to congratulate the students, faculty, and everyone involved for their beautiful presentation of MSA Day, which was put forth brilliantly. The debating part was spectacular, and the confidence exuded by the students was amazing. My daughter, Ridhima Gaonkar, a student of 9 C, joined the school this academic year and it was with pride that I watched her speak confidently amidst the gathering. She felt very happy for being given this wonderful opportunity and would love to participate in more such upcoming events.
Here’s thanking you for giving me this opportunity and making MSA Day a memorable experience.

Regards,
Parent of Ridhima Gaonkar of Class 9 C

It is a year of spectacular results for the school. I credit your entire staff who so diligently ensured all the students were well-prepared for the exams while still being able to pursue extracurricular activities throughout the year. As parents, we are grateful for the same and wish the school more success in the years to come.

Dear Principal,
Roshan secured an overall percentage of 98% with a best of 5 as 98.6%. At the aggregate level, he has secured 97.7%.
We are happy and grateful to the school management, principal, all the teachers, and non-teaching staff members for coaching and guiding Roshan to achieve this excellent result.
We also noticed Roshan being mentioned as one of the toppers on the official Brigade School website. We are thankful again to the school for recognizing his achievement.

As a parent, I was worried about my son’s admission to class 9, as we were totally new to the city, but after meeting Mrs Sushma Rao, an Admission team member of TBSG, all my worries disappeared. She guided us properly through the admission process.  My son was asked to give a written test as an entrance exam. We got the confirmation for admission and after that, the whole admission process was very quick and smooth. Admission Committee members were quite supportive and we finished all the formalities online only. Hoping for a great journey for my son in TBSG. Thanks, TBSG.

We are very happy to learn about the excellent performance of Brigade School @ Gateway, in the ICSE Board Exams’23. We also wish to place on record our heartfelt gratitude for guiding our ward – Nayan P Raj – towards his excellent score in the Board Exams. He has done his entire schooling, from LKG to 10th Standard at the Brigade School @ Malleswaram, and has evolved into a mature and responsible individual, thanks to his teachers who mentored him through these crucial years of his life.

It gives me immense pleasure to inform you that the Annual Day function went off very well on 21st Jan at 11.30 am for 4th to 8th Std.

Congratulations Ma’am, to you and the whole of The Brigade School team.
From the choice of the theme to the end of the program, each program was very well crafted and customised according to the student’s ability and talent.

As usual, the programme started at the right time and ended at the right time.
The discipline the students showed before the start of any program and when leaving the stage shows how much respect the students give to the teachers’ words, which is nowadays seldom seen in other schools.

The last fusion dance programme was the icing on the cake!

This reflects your passion regarding giving attention to each detail of the program and the students.

Keep it up
Congratulations again for getting honoured for the clean campus. It shows your perseverance, hard work and dedication.

It was an honour to attend the function. Well done, team Brigade.

Felicidades (felicitations), to you and your entire team for putting up such a fabulous and spectacular show today at the Cultural Day Program. The Fusion dance was so amazing, that I got goosebumps watching the children perform. The time, energy, patience and hard work that went into planning and executing the entire program was visible on the stage. The music, choreography, costume, stage decoration and execution, everything was seamless and beautiful. Congratulations once again!
Thank you.

It was easy to sit back as a spectator and clap, but it takes a lot of hard work and effort to put everything in place. The performance by the children was a wonderful treat to the eyes.

The theme and coordination for the costumes made it marvellous.
We were so overwhelmed, the kids just did it so well.

Superb!!!
My thanks to all the teachers, staff and crew.

Congratulations to You and the whole team of Brigade school, Malleswaram for a Phenomenal show.
The entire show was so well organized and executed with utmost professionalism.

Thanks to all the teachers, and support personnel who trained the kids so well and the effort was so visible in every performance.
The show was well-timed and entertaining. In fact, I was literally on my toes dancing and enjoying myself with the kids.

Our journey with The Brigade School has been a wonderful one.

Raghavendra started his schooling @ The Brigade School of Malleswaram from LKG in 2010. From day one, Raghavendra loved going to school. We never remember him crying to go to school. He was eager to go to school every morning to meet his friends and learn new things from his teachers. We are really grateful to the management of Brigade School for giving our child an opportunity to study in your esteemed school. The teachers at The Brigade School are excellent and dedicated. We will always be grateful to this wonderful school.

Raghavendra’s teachers motivated him and pushed him to achieve his best which is a big part of what he is today. There is equal importance to both academics and extracurricular activities at Brigade School which Raghavendra enjoyed the most. The teachers made the students understand the subjects and enjoy the learning process instead of pressurizing and boring them.

Raghavendra has some great memories at The Brigade School that always brings a smile to his face whenever he remembers them. We are sincerely thankful to the teachers, Principal and all the supporting staff of Brigade School who took immense care of our child and turned him into a strong independent, free-thinking young adult.

A special thanks to Mrs Benegal for believing in Raghavendra and giving him a second chance to study at The Brigade School after we returned from the US.

Thanks and regards,

I am glad to share that my daughter Sharanya C Bharadwaj has secured excellent results in the 10th-board exam. I am placing on record my sincere thanks to the school for coaching & guiding her to achieve this result.

She has been a student of the school from the 1st grade. One fact that has remained constant through these ten years has been the excellent teaching & individual attention that each student gets.

In addition, the focus on extracurricular activities in the formative years has helped shape her personality & confidence.  Basketball is a sport that she picked up at the school & she has thoroughly enjoyed the sport during her time as a student at the Brigade school.

In summary, I would like to say that the school has enabled the development of her abilities in a very holistic fashion while still giving her the edge in academics.

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. I start to draft this short scribble with mixed feelings, caused by the thought of separating from The Brigade School.

It is right here our kiddo took his first step. I remember the day he looked back at me with tiny drops of tears about to fall from his eyes, walking away from me, holding the hands of his class teacher. Today, the teachers are handing us back our kiddo as a disciplined, knowledgeable and cultured young boy. What else can be more fulfilling to parents?

His 10-year journey was marked by ups and downs, with the occasional threat to his life due to congenital health issues. A few schools were not ready to accommodate him. It wouldn’t have been possible without the care and support of the school management and the teachers that he not only survived but also stood up as one of the toppers in the school. The foundation was laid every year, by every single teacher!

Our initial concerns regarding the difficulty of the board exams were put to rest by an outstanding design of the curriculum and adequate extracurricular activities such as sports, music and dance. I have always wondered if he found any subject difficult because he has never complained even once, in all these years.   His marks bear testimony to how every teacher meticulously sculptured the pillars of his foundation.

I have been searching for words to express our deepest gratitude to Ms. Menon and the honourable Principal of the school for the last couple of days. With the fear of spamming the email inbox, I am restricting my urge to take the names of every individual teacher, honour them, thank them and explain to them how selfishly they have placed us in a state of debt that we can never pay back in this life.

Almost 1.5 years after the corona virus attack and the school going offline, the open house finally got streamlined and held a few months back. As a parent who appreciates going to physical open houses and having a one on one interaction with the teacher, even this was welcome. However, even though I got enough time to interact with the few teachers present, I was not satisfied as I guess this online format felt very unfamiliar to me.  As can be guessed I was very sceptical this second time around. But wow, I was in for a pleasant surprise. The class teacher was there giving me feedback for the individual subjects. It was a very pleasant interaction and things couldn’t have gone smoother. I also realised that she was the Social Science teacher and my son just loves the subject as he is so intrigued by History. I just want to thank you, the teachers, for making this so pleasant in such bad times. The teacher seemed to know my son inside out and assured me that she and all the teachers will take good care of him. I think I had told my son to tone down his enthusiasm but the teacher assured me that they liked the kids to be as inquisitive as possible and told me to encourage that nature of my son. I feel so humbled by this warmth. Thank you all once again.

We sincerely appreciate your efforts. Difficult times like these are where ones true ability comes to light. We have seen confusion and instability in all parameters of life during these unprecedented times, but the one thing that makes us comfortable is that our children are in your safe hands. The school and the teachers are doing an outstanding job. The growth and the learning is not disturbed. It’s been a smooth and enjoyable learning experience for them. We can imagine how hard this must be for you. Thank you.  Special thanks to Ms Sapna Naik and Ms Ramya Rajeev.

Our daughter Avani Trikannad is studying in UKG at Brigade School. She has joined the school this year, and we wanted to take a moment to tell you that we are extremely happy with the school, the teaching and her progress. During online classes, her teachers make an extra effort to ensure all the children are listening and are included in any activity. Ms. Rajendra, her class-teacher, takes a couple of minutes each morning to make sure each child is attentive, smiling and ready for class. She also observes smaller details (ex: noticing when Avani has improved in writing with joiners and encouraging her to continue). Ms.Noori is also encouraging and patient with the children.   During physical school, we saw that Avani was enthusiastic and happy to go to school. It is truly these little things that make a difference, and we are extremely grateful to the school and her teachers for making school a happy place to go. We would like to especially mention her class teachers Ms.Rajendra and Ms.Noori, and also during online classes Ms.Prasad, Ms.Sharma and Ms.Kamakshi.

We, the parents, had many concerns about the reopening of the school due to the present situation as we had elders at home where both grandmother and grandfather had undergone orthopaedic surgeries during the Covid time.

But now we don't have any fear and anxieties about the way the children are being taken care of and getting adapted to the new protocol system at school.

The child is immensely happy about meeting each and every teacher in person where she had void for all these days to interact with them.

I once again thank you for taking care of our children so well as we parents do.

Though late, I wanted to take some time out and write a few words about the amazing work the entire school has been doing. I can see and feel the professionalism all of you have shown to make sure the classes feel as close to classroom experience as possible. Transforming an offline school to an online platform that still follows all of the school’s core principles and maintains the same consistency for the past many months shows great leadership skills on your part as well as other management team members. Overcoming persona hardships and delivering immaculate service is no small feat. Please share this acknowledgment to one and all and our heartfelt gratitude to everyone for having braced this pandemic like true warriors. Our love and well wishes to you including the teachers, the support staff, and the security personnel.

This is just an appreciation letter regarding the teaching method which the school follows. I am highly impressed by the way school engages children even in this pandemic time. My children both Navyansha (3rd std) and Yadavi ( Ukg) love the school and theirteachers. The circle time topics discussed with Yadavi regarding the topic ‘ responsibility ‘were so well explained and due to which it has become responsible in various fields. Above all, I appreciate the school’s concept of not calling children in Parents teacher meet which is highly commendable. Teachers are putting in so much effort which we can see in our children.
A request of mine is can we arrange a talk on ‘ junk food’ with children as they are very much affected by modern eating habits but the good part is that they understand things well when explained by their teachers.

I wanted to place on record our sincere appreciation to all the teachers & other staff who have been helping our son. The last year has been a challenge for all of us, and I am happy with the way the school and staff have handled this disruption. Vedant enjoys attending classes and our discussions after class, on what happened in class, is an indication of how much he enjoys it. All credit to his teachers who have gone that extra mile to keep the kids engrossed in this new way of teaching. While he does miss meeting his friends and teachers in person and is looking forward to attending physical classes, we are glad that he has been able to adapt to this change.

“It is my pleasure to write to you about the school, Principal, Vice-Principal and all the teaching staff for their efforts in doing a great job with academics. My daughter Pragathi Ganesh is in 10th grade and doing very well in her studies. Since last year, everyone is going through hard times in managing almost everything with the current pandemic. Although many things are reversible over a period, children’s education is the most affected in this pandemic. In this context, The Brigade Schools’ efforts are enormous in reaching out to all their students with the best education. We greatly appreciate and thank all the teaching staff wholeheartedly. Our special thanks to the Principal Mrs. Benegal, Vice Principal, Mrs. Vinoda Harikrishna, teachers”, Mr. George Kutty, Ms. Nethra, Ms. Rashmi, Ms. Banu, and Ms. Dalavi. Namaskara Teachers, Rhea is my first kid, and I have no experience with schools so far. When I was confused about which school is ideal for my daughter and wanted the best for her, one of my friends suggested The Brigade School. The last two months have been so amazing for my daughter and me. When I wasn’t sure how to make her sit for 10 minutes, from day 2 she was sitting for nearly 2 hours! The credit goes out to all the teachers who have put in so much effort to make this happen for not only Rhea but for so many other toddlers out there. The teaching process, activities, attention to detail, interactive session with children have all been perfect. Rhea thoroughly enjoys the classes and has not said “NO” to the class even once to date. She is all set for the class 10 minutes before the session. I am now firm that I made the right choice of Brigade and now happy that I don’t have to look for any other institutions for the next 10-12 years. I would like to personally thank Ms. Dinesh, Ms. Neelima, Ms. Kulkarni, Ms. Sandhya, Ms. Sushma, and Ms. Pradeep for the efforts they put in to make these sessions so likable. Please keep up the amazing work!

“At the outset, I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to you and your team of teachers for the excellent results achieved in the just concluded X Std results. This is a tremendous achievement given that all the classes were conducted virtually which was new to the students and the teachers. I have seen my daughter – Jyotsana S entering this school in UKG from the first days of her formal education, and she has now come out with good grades too. She has shaped up very well, now armed with good values, self-confidence, and the good education imparted to her over the last 10+ years. This will stand in good stead as she pursues her higher education and embarks on her life’s journey. It would be great if we get an opportunity to meet all of you and convey our wishes too. With the COVID situation under control now, I urge you to consider this request, and I am sure every student and parent will welcome this opportunity to meet and greet. I also wish you, your teachers, support staff, and the management all the very best as you continue your efforts to bring quality education to the students who pass through the portals of this institution. My sincere thanks to you once again.”

“We as parents would like to convey our regards to all the 1st-grade teachers and staff for putting extra efforts by coming out of their normal teaching practices to teaching kids on the online platform, during this pandemic. All the classes went well, kudos to the teachers. We understand online teaching is difficult for kids, it is challenging for the teachers too. Thanking you all once again with the hope that schools will resume to normal soon. Wishing you all the best and very good health”

“This is a long overdue THANK YOU NOTE and I have been waiting to write this to you and no better day than the official last day of our kids’ academic year! A long email, but I had to say all these at the end of this academic year!   This year has been a challenge to all of us, kids, parents, teachers & school staff! A year that started on a shaky note, & we as parents being sceptical of all the new modes of learning our kids were going to be exposed to, setting up the required infrastructure at home, so that our kids did not face any difficulties in attending the classes online.   It was no different for the teachers too, who had to get trained for this new teaching methodology. I must also add here that it’s easier for kids to get used to gadgets. But for adults like us & teachers, especially those who are not technically sound or are not used to gadgets and making PowerPoint Presentations, it must have been an uphill task for the teachers! Not to forget, the teachers who are under the constant eyes of not just the school coordinators for their performances, but the teachers also had to bear the pressure of being looked at and judged by parents who are sitting on the other side of the screen and watching them. Hats off to every teacher (host and co-host) for ensuring the whole year classes ran smoothly and gave their best!   All this was possible because of the tremendous efforts put in by you and your fantastic team (admin, technical team, co-ordinators ) who went through the herculean task of training the teachers and helping them to adapt to the “new normal”.   I do not want to compare The Brigade School with other schools, but I do want to express what I have heard from my friends, whose children are going to other schools. While most of the schools sent just worksheets, or recorded videos, with little or no interaction with the children, most parents feel that this year has been the most unproductive and that the children have not learnt anything.   By far, The Brigade School has been the best when it came to doing justice with the online mode of teaching. Teachers were always well prepared, kept it very interactive, gave equal opportunities to all kids, and shared the homework and worksheets diligently every week. I have seen both my daughters grow in this one year, gaining knowledge, learning new concepts & language!   Classes were conducted seamlessly. Clearing the doubts of parents and small children, if any. I was a little sceptical initially as to how my younger daughter would grasp the new concepts, but with each passing week, I could see how wonderfully she understood and answered everything. She looked forward to her classes every week. I shouldn’t forget to shower praises on the teachers who have taken so much trouble making so many beautiful and mind-blowing theme-based models, for each class, ready to teach kids with colourful materials! Also, the backup teachers had the same materials and drawings ready, so that due to technical glitches if the other teacher had to take over, she had the same material and models ready to take over the class! I also observed that though the backup teacher would not be conducting the classes, she also kept performing the same actions or showing the flashcards as the main teacher did during the class! I doubt if any other school conducted their online classes with such precision.   My elder daughter who completes 1st Std now has been enjoying every class. The credit goes to all the teachers again for the wonderful Power Point Presentations which were kept ready for every class. Every child was given an equal opportunity to speak and answer.  The ever-smiling Ms Vikram or Ms Gururaj, who brought a smile instantly, not just on Advita’s face but on my face too. Ms Madhushree who ensured the new subject that our kids were going to learn, was as smooth as it could be! Though this year the children could not get the best of participating in extracurricular activities, the school tried its best by conducting an online talent hunt, my daughter enthusiastically participated.   At the start of the year, as a parent I was hesitant and fearful of many things. I can confidently say that you and your staff have done such a wonderful job of handling this year that now as a parent I have only grown more confident in your institution. I am confident that our kids are under the very best guidance.   Kids have lost a lot of social interaction this year and I am sure when I see such positive growth in my girls with online classes itself; they would have grown in leaps and bounds had they been attending class’s offline! Nevertheless, I hope next academic year they see all their teachers and friends face to face and enjoy their learning process.   Would like to end the long email with one small piece of feedback/advice as a parent, that even after the physical classes begin, please keep this online mode also open, maybe once in 2 or 4 weeks have an online mode, so that teachers and kids are in touch with this too, and any calamity/pandemic/strikes hit us, all of us are well equipped to shift to online mode and there is no lag time.   Advita though feels she is going to miss out on logging on from tomorrow, too as a parent will miss this morning routine that was set all these months. Hoping to be back to the old normal soon and kids enjoy physical classes.  We are both recollecting how she had gone to a physical school, today she would be running out of the gate with a cute bubbly smile and a takeaway craft in her hand on the last day of the academic year!   Last but not the least, a big shout out to all teachers & staff who have been so good in delivering their duties! Ensured kids are disciplined, which helped us also like parents to follow a disciplined routine.”

“My daughters are in nursery (Sagari) and 1st Std (Advita) respectively.

I want to write to you as a parent, appreciating the efforts that teachers (children’s day celebration) and kids (Rajyotsava celebration) have put in to make the virtual celebration a wonderful experience, not just for little kids but their parents as well. The effort put in by teachers is fantastic, and highly appreciated! The excitement on my daughter’s faces was testimony to the wonderful magic show that they witnessed. My elder daughter was in awe that her teachers could even do magic, apart from teaching lessons.

As a parent, I know kids would have enjoyed this much more, had it been in school, and the teachers missed out on seeing the excited faces in front of them while performing the magic show. The teachers put up a tremendous show and the keyboard playing and singing was wonderful. While most of us only get in touch with you with complaints and issues, I feel it’s equally important that the teachers and the school should be highly appreciated as well for their efforts to ensure everything is running smoothly and kids enjoy the virtual learning and celebrations as well. It is my humble request that this “note of thanks and appreciation” is passed on from me and my husband to all the teachers who ran the show on the children’s day virtual celebration. Thank you once again.”

“As parents we are very happy and proud of the performance of our children in school activities. Like every year, this year too, the Annual Day was outstanding. The stage presentation was splendid this year. A very special appreciation for the fashion show.

The Fashion Show was very professionally done and I loved every bit of it. Very creatively put together. I’m a model and Mrs India subtitle winner as well, and I have done and seen many fashion shows at the National level as well, but this was just too good – formation, dressing and concept wise.

I wanted to appreciate the school for encouraging such concepts and ideas too.”

It is really nice to see all students involved in the annual day celebration.

We were very impressed with the band. It is a new concept for the school, please do nurture students the same way. We hope that by next Annual Day, we get to see one performance exclusively by the school band.

The visuals were excellent. We enjoyed the annual report as it had lots of photos of all the events that we do not get to see otherwise.

We would like to thank all the teachers and the support staff for all their efforts in making this event a grand success.”

“I would like to congratulate you and the entire TBSG @ Malleswaram team on a spectacular show during yesterday’s Annual Day. It was wonderful to see the enthusiasm, energy and the gait with which the students performed. The spectacular sets and also the music were praise worthy.

It was great to see my daughter performing in various acts including a fashion show. Sunidhi has grown up to be a confident, matured and multi-talented girl from being a shy girl few years back. The credit goes to the teachers and the staff at your School. We are confident she will be life-ready in a year’s time from now where she would be out of the school life and entering the world. I am also confident this would be the feeling of most parents of your esteemed school.

This goes on to demonstrate your able leadership, guidance from the dedicated members of the KNIB team, led by Mrs Menon and the day to day inputs by the Principal Mrs Benegal and the most respected teachers of the school. I am confident my child is in the right hands!”

“At the outset, I feel proud about having made the choice of admitting my girls Krishna and Kriti into The Brigade School. The school has been a part of our lives ever since we moved into Bangalore in 2013, and every moment at home, a majority of the conversations are in some way or the other connected to the school, its teachers etc.

My wife Chaitanya has been able to see another brilliant side of herself after she has joined the school as a teacher and it seems like she will remain a part of your family for a long time to come. Over all, a unit which is very well oiled in terms of its operations and, the concern and the involvement of the teachers towards the children and their progress, reminds me of my favourite teachers whom I remember during my school days. It is commendable to have an entire staff who is of the same variety.

Congratulations on heading this team. This letter is more to commend your team for its best ever Annual Day I have ever witnessed. The standard of the performance this year in my opinion has taken the bar to a much higher level.

All the programs were very entertaining, very well organised and of very high standard. Congratulations to each and every member of this school who has made it possible. The kids need a big pat on their backs for this. Well done children!”

“Congratulations to The Brigade school @ Malleswaram for the excellent results!

I would like to express my appreciation for the support & guidance that you have given to my son ‘Waman Gokhale ‘ who has finish his 10th in flying colours. I am sure that it was not an easy task for you to work towards it.

The institution is blessed with such talented teachers who have worked to make a difference in my child’s life. The teachers have always encouraged my child & I thank them for having faith in him. In short the children have developed an all-round personality which will help them to be future leaders. In short, the school’s effort & work is commendable!”

“At the outset, I would like to sincerely appreciate and thank the Principal, the entire teaching staff and the support staff, for taking tremendous efforts and interest in grooming the children.

Our child has been a part of your school for almost 3 years and we have seen a tremendous change in our child’s socio-emotional behaviour.

Since we spent almost 2.5 years overseas and as our child spent most of his initial childhood there, our child was a very shy and was not socially interacting with others, once we were back in India This really worried us.

I would like to highlight a few points which has been the best part of the school:
  1. The way the children are being guided well during the initial years of schooling, making them love and respect nature. Maybe very simple but it is effective e.g. Like using small glass of water during brushing their teeth, making them understand the importance of saving water.
  2. Concept of overnight stay at school – makes them really independent.
  3. The MSA activity wherein parents get to know how the child has learnt concepts taught in that academic year.
  4. The Annual Day – This really boosts the children’s confidence (stage fear). I was greatly mesmerised by the efficient presentation of the entire programme which was hosted by the children. Hats off to the efforts put by the staff.
  5. Open house – The staff is very polite in addressing the child’s improvement areas, made me really happy. Rather than complaints, we, the parents, were guided on how to overcome and improve the weak areas of our child, which also mended our ways of handling a few issues. A great applause to the entire team.
  6. Each one of your staff are so responsible in treating and handling children, may it be during the dispersal at the end of the day or during the school day programme.

Finally I would like to thank again the entire team and we as patents are really happy that our ward is a part of your organisation. The school is working with the motto that it is just not academics but good behaviour, etiquette and manners which together define a real human being.”

“My son Dhruv Joshi studies in 1st C in The Brigade school@ Malleswaram and I have been associated with the school for the last 4 years. A few days back in a get together of some friends a topic of various schools came up and some of my friends mentioned how their children did not like their school and the stress they are going through with dealing with their children. At this point I realized that my son hasn’t had any compliant about his school ever. While he has his usual tantrums some times to push his luck to get a holiday, there hasn’t been any REAL problem and he has always enjoyed his time at the school.

At this point I realized that the school has created an environment which makes him like the school, this sounds like something that is taken for granted and expected of every school. However, I realize not every school is able to provide and also realise its importance based on discussions with my friends. I therefore want to write to you and provide our appreciation for having created this environment of fun and learning for my son (my daughter has also joined the school)

Some specific things that I want to appreciate:

  1. I notice an emphasis on Indian culture and values to which I and my family attach a great deal of importance. We notice this in the Indian greeting of ‘namaskara’ instead of a hi or a hello by teachers and students, the school anthem and themes of school events (to name a few)
  2. I noticed children playing Kabbadi which is a lost sport in most schools this again shows that the school is committed to promoting local values without trying to be pretentious by promoting only glamorous western sports.
  3. I meet a lot of teachers who are very passionate about their children, without naming any one specific, I recall a teacher saying she will try her best to make sure her students remember her and greet her even after they pass out of her class. These sort of meetings further our trust in the school and its teachers. This one example sent me a message that it was not just a ‘JOB’ for this teacher but a lot more personal. I congratulate the school for having such teachers on board and wish they continue to do so.
  4. I am also very happy with the varied extracurricular activities and the quality of these activities at the school like Music and Swimming. I notice that the teachers and facilities for these activities are of high quality and not something that’s just a tick in the box.

These are just a few things I have noticed and wanted to make I share it with all, the biggest barometer for me is my son going to the school with a smile every day. Please accept this note of appreciation to the entire teaching and administration staff of the school.”

“Our ward, Advik BS, studies in UKG B Section of your Yeshwantpur branch and has been a student with you for the last three years. We have had a wonderful experience with the school and have seen our child metamorphose from a shy toddler to a social, well mannered little boy, and would like to take this opportunity to appreciate the hard work and commitment of your teachers and staff, which has played a major role in this change.
We would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate you and the teachers of your school for the wonderful performances that were put up by the children in the Annual Day and during the MSA that was held earlier this week. It is indeed a revelation to us to see that our 5/6 year olds are capable of so much. Compering the Annual Day, remarkable performances, be it in dance or drama, to speaking with confidence to rank strangers and showcasing what they have learnt – it’s really encouraging to see the children’s all round development.
These interactions also give us insights on what we can encourage the children to do and hone their skills more on, at home… Kudos to your teachers for their patience and persistence in coaching the children and turning out such stellar performances!
We would also like to take this opportunity to request you for more frequently scheduled interactions (quarterly, at least) with the teachers to get more real time feedback on the child’s development.
We would also like to inform that we and a few other parents living in our apartment complex at Malleswaram, are very keen to avail school bus facilities and would request you to re-consider this option.
We are happy to have our child be a part of your school, and look forward to a lengthy association with you.”

“To all the teachers and staff of Brigade school, At the outset let me congratulate and thank you for the brilliant opportunity provided to us as parents to be part of the MSA day in school yesterday. It was the first for us and something which will be cherished by us forever.
The Entire program was very well conceptualized and organized and it was a sheer pleasure to interact with the kids. It was amazing to see the little ones display their knowledge with the enthusiasm and confidence that has been instilled in them by the school.
In fact, we as parents got to learn a lot from the kids yesterday and also got to know about the way things are taught in school these days!! Kudos to the teachers for the commendable effort that they have put in consistently throughout the year which has resulted in such a fruitful outcome.
The biggest compliment a teacher or a school can get is when a student goes home and says ‘I had a great day at school’ and that’s what our child and we both felt yesterday. Thanks for making them ‘enjoy learning’ and making them realize ‘that school can be fun’.
As parents our child’s future is our constant concern. But at the back of our minds we are at peace now because we know our child is in good hands in a school likes this cause at the end of it all ‘We are raising a child together’.
Here’s wishing the school lots of success in future as well, cause when u succeed so do we as parents.”
