Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar (SVP)

Recognising excellence in water sanitation and hygiene in schools

The Brigade School @Malleswaram has won the Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar award 2021-22 for its excellent work in water sanitation and hygiene in the school.

The Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar has been instituted by the Ministry of Education, Government of India to recognize, inspire and celebrate excellence in sanitation and hygiene practices in schools. The purpose of the SVP is to honour schools that have undertaken significant steps toward fulfilling the mandate of the Swachh Vidyalaya Campaign

The Principal, Mrs. Anuradha Benegal received the award and expressed her happiness for the school to have gained this recognition, especially at the district level.
